Digital Marketing Expert (3-5 Years Experience).

Location: Gurugram (Haryana).

Full-time | On-site.

AXTechnosoft is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert with strong hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

The ideal candidate is a growth-minded marketer who can run and optimize paid campaigns, drive ABM strategies, manage content and SEO, and leverage AI tools to maximize results.

Experience with B2C marketing (non-SaaS) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, and Twitter, with a focus on B2B SaaS audiences.

- Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage high-value prospects.

- Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts through data analysis and structured A/B testing.

- Monitor and report on performance metrics like ROAS, ROI, CPL, and CAC to inform strategy.

- Build and maintain a content calendar that supports campaigns and product positioning.

- Own and execute an effective SEO strategy to grow organic reach and quality inbound leads.

- Use AI tools and prompting techniques (e., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) to streamline content creation, ideation, and automation.

- Create dynamic dashboards and marketing reports using Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) and related analytics platforms.

- Lead and mentor a small team while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design.

Tools & Platforms:

Strong working knowledge of:

Google Analytics (GA4).

Google Search Console.

Google Data Studio / Looker Studio.

SEMRush.

HubSpot.

Apollo.

Lusha.

Microsoft Clarity.

AI tools for marketing (e., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, with proven success in B2B SaaS.

- Deep understanding of ABM, paid acquisition, CRO, SEO, and data-driven optimization.

- Experience using AI prompting tools for content generation, research, or workflow improvement.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance marketing and reporting.

- Team leadership or coordination experience.

- Optional: experience in B2C digital marketing, even if outside SaaS (e., e-commerce or D2C).
