Role: Programmatic Strategist (S3)

Role Summary:

The S3 Strategist will be responsible for driving performance-focused programmatic strategies across multiple platforms, including DV360, TTD and Amazon DSP. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in programmatic media buying, PPC strategy, and paid planning, with the ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute programmatic media strategies across platforms such as DV360, Amazon DSP, and other leading ad tech solutions.

- Lead paid media planning and optimization efforts to drive measurable performance outcomes.

- Manage campaign setup, targeting, pacing, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.

- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and efficiency.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams on audience strategy, creative alignment, and cross-channel integration.

- Stay current with evolving trends in programmatic advertising, PPC, and digital media buying.

- Build and present campaign performance reports with a strong focus on data-driven storytelling and strategic recommendations.

- Work with account and analytics teams to enhance attribution models and identify growth opportunities.

Skills and Experience:

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising and paid media strategy.

- Proven expertise in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and other major programmatic buying platforms.

- Strong understanding of PPC, display, video, and audience-based marketing.

- Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and campaign performance metrics; strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Experience in media planning, forecasting, and budget management.

- Ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable business strategies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.

- Google Marketing Platform and/or Amazon DSP certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
