Role Overview:
We are hiring a Direct Advertiser Sales Manager to drive adoption of our media buying services among brands in India. This role focuses on selling outcome-driven media solutions to marketers, growth teams, and CMOs across performance and brand campaigns. This role requires a consultative seller who can understand advertiser goals, design media strategies, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell managed media buying services to mid-to-large brands
- Build relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, and growth teams
- Understand client objectives and design effective media strategies
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Collaborate with internal media and strategy teams
- Grow accounts through upsells, renewals, and retainers
- Build a strong direct advertiser sales pipeline
What We're Looking For?
Must-Have Experience:
- 4-6 years in brand sales, agency new business, or media services sales
- Proven experience selling media or performance marketing services
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and brand KPIs
- Experience pitching and closing deals with senior brand stakeholders
Must-Have Skills:
- Consultative selling mindset
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Ability to sell outcomes and strategy, not just inventory
- Comfort operating in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment
Success Metrics (First 6-12 Months)
- Closed initial brand partnerships and retained clients
- Built a repeatable direct sales process
- Developed long-term relationships with key brand accounts
- Generated consistent, high-quality revenue pipeline
