Reporting to: Head of Revenue / APAC Lead
Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior Agency Sales Lead to build and scale our relationships with Holdco and large independent agencies in India. This role will own agency partnerships end-to-end, drive adoption of our exclusive inventory and various ad formats and establish us as a preferred partner within agency buying teams.
This is a foundational role for our India launch and requires someone who can open doors, build trust, and shape go-to-market strategy-not just sell rate cards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build senior-level relationships across Holdco agencies (GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG, Havas, large independents)
- Drive agency adoption of exclusive / premium inventory and various Rich Media formats
- Position the company as a strategic partner, not a tactical vendor
- Work closely with trading desks, investment teams, and planning teams
- Develop annual agency plans, preferred partner discussions, and volume commitments
- Manage deal negotiations, IOs, and commercial structures
- Gather agency feedback to influence product, pricing, and packaging
- Represent the company at industry events and agency meetings
