Responsibilities: Specialist - HR Operations - Responsibilities include implementing new company policies, maintaining internal HR systems, and tracking all HR data governance and compliance for the organisation. Other responsibilities include: - Handling pre-onboarding and onboarding process, including coordinating the BGV process, to ensure new joiners experience is improved. - Make sure that all the policies are updated, as per labour laws and compliance requirements. - Represent the function during various audits. - Maintain and update employee information in HR tools, files & databases and ensure periodic checks to ensure we are always compliant. - And creating and maintaining HR dashboards (tracking various metrics). Register and facilitate employee insurance details and claim reports (includes the renewal process). - Also ensuring all insurance queries, grievances and escalations from employees are handled. Define system driven workflows and processes and all documentation to be in place. Contract management - maintaining and coordination all vendor related contracts and tracking the renewal cycles. - Managing all HR or employee related activities or internal communications (through the HR mailing list). - Handling the exit process (in liaison with the HRBP, Finance & IT), including managing the Full and Final settlement. - Handling end to end payroll and benefits management. - Coordinating the annual taxation process (in liaison with the Finance team). Working with the HR Head in coordinating and rolling out various programs - R&R, Performance Management, Annual Appraisals, etc. Analytics & Reporting. Requirements : - Proven work experience of 4-6 years, as an HR Operations or similar role - Good knowledge of Employment, Labour laws and Compliance - Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems, Payroll processing & Benefits Management - Experience designing compensation and benefits packages - Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
