- Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring - and retaining - talented candidates

- Talent Acquisition Manager handle end to end IT Recruitments

- Source and screen potential software candidates for permanent openings.

- Develop sourcing strategy to engage & develop pipeline of passive software developers.

- Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.

- Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings.

- 7 to 14 years in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitments, stakeholder management, resource planning, team handling, active on all job portals.

- Market Mapping, manpower planning, resource planning, team handling.

- Good command on job portals.

- Excellent communication skills.
