Datamatics - Program Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for day-to-day program planning, coordination, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams and entities.

Ensures milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed to achieve successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage program plans, schedules, and delivery milestones.

- Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams.

- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

- Prepare governance reports and executive status updates.

- Monitor delivery progress, budget, resources, and quality.

- Ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines.

Must Have:

- 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience.

- Experience managing large-scale business or technology transformation programs.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

- Understanding of enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and data management.

- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.

- Strong stakeholder, governance, risk, and delivery management skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs.

- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, and Cybersecurity principles.

- PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, SAFe, or Agile certifications.

- Exposure to Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS.

Key Deliverables:

- Program plans and roadmaps.

- Status reports and dashboards.

- Risk, issue, and dependency registers.

- Governance updates and steering committee reports.

- Successful delivery of program milestones and outcomes.
