- The Project Manager II is responsible for coordination and completion of the assigned project(s) and will manage level 2 to level 4 size projects.

- This position will have responsibilities for new process projects, where a Process Migration Methodology (PMM) will be utilized.

- In new process transitions this role will be the primary point of contact as well as overseeing all aspects of the project utilizing the established Project Management Office processes.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Responsible for planning the project(s) in order to accomplish its goals or produce the products required within constraints such as time, budget and scope.

- Continuously monitors the progress in terms of the status of the plan and reports back to the organization via weekly or other progress reporting by organizing and managing status meetings.

- In transition projects will oversee all transition related activities including monitoring of transition schedules, planning, and coordination of transition status meetings and preparation of transition reports.

- Identifies logs, analyzes and manages potential and actual issues and risks; takes corrective action and reviews how issues and risks may impact scope, schedule, quality and cost.

- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

- Reviews deliverables prepared by team prior to communicating with client.

- Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standard.

- Articulates and negotiates consensus on a final vision of the product and/or the core project goals.

Capable of defining acceptance criteria or working with specialists to define acceptance criteria for project deliverables.

- May manage and coordinate third party contractors.

- Responsible for bringing the project to a close, which may include creating an end of project report or evaluation document, holding deployment meetings and activities.

- PMP Certification is required.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management office (PMO) environment.

- 2+ years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry desired.

- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
