Partnerships & Alliances Manager (SaaS / Data Domain)

Location: India (Offshore)

Shift: US Overlap (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Partnerships & Alliances professional to expand and strengthen our ecosystem within the SaaS and Enterprise Data space. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data technologies, partner management, and US-market engagement, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with technology partners, system integrators, and data platform providers.

- Identify new alliance opportunities to drive revenue growth, co-selling, and GTM initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to execute joint campaigns and partner enablement programs.

- Build and nurture relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, particularly in the US market.

- Own partner lifecycle management including onboarding, enablement, performance tracking, and expansion.

- Drive pipeline generation and contribution through partner channels.

- Stay updated on industry trends in data warehousing, analytics, and AI ecosystems.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 5-10 years in Partnerships, Alliances, or Business Development within SaaS / Enterprise Software.

- Strong exposure to US-based clients/partners while working from an offshore location.

- Proven ability to influence and engage CXO/C-level stakeholders.

Domain Expertise:

- Solid understanding of:

1. Data Warehousing: Snowflake, Amazon Redshift

2. ETL Processes & Data Pipelines

3. Data Quality & Testing frameworks

4. Business Intelligence & Data Analytics tools

- Familiarity with modern data ecosystem, cloud platforms, and AI-driven analytics solutions is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Working Hours:

- Flexible to work in US overlapping hours (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST).

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

- Experience working with global SaaS/data companies.

- Exposure to partner ecosystems like AWS, Snowflake, or similar platforms.

- Understanding of AI/ML or modern data stack trends.
