Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior IT Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting top-tier tech talent across multiple domains. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling niche and senior-level mandates.

Key Responsibilities:


End-to-End Recruitment:

- Work on the complete recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting IT candidates.

- Manage job postings, pipeline building, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and advanced boolean search techniques.

- Build talent pools for niche skills, leadership roles, and emerging technologies.

Technical Screening:

- Conduct initial screening to assess technical fit, communication, experience relevance, and project history.

Evaluate profiles for multiple tech stacks:


Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Full Stack, Salesforce, ERP, Mobile, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, etc.


Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

- Work directly with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.

- Provide timely updates, MIS reports, and recruitment analytics.

Process Management:

- Manage offer negotiations, closures, and onboarding coordination.

- Ensure adherence to TAT, SLA, and quality metrics.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of IT recruitment experience (Services, Product, or Consulting).

- Strong hands-on experience with sourcing, calling, screening, and submitting profiles.

- Expertise in hiring for multiple tech roles across junior to senior levels.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to independently drive recruitment with minimal supervision.

- Proficiency in ATS systems, Excel, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
