Job Description:

- Design, implement, and manage DLP strategies across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.

- Configure and optimize Microsoft Purview for data classification, labeling, and compliance monitoring.

- Develop policies for data protection, regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001), and risk mitigation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate DLP controls into business processes and applications.

- Monitor and respond to data security incidents, ensuring timely remediation and reporting.

- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and security posture reviews for data protection.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in Data Security/DLP.

- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, Compliance Manager, Insider Risk Management).

- Strong knowledge of data classification, encryption, and governance frameworks.

- Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, M365) and integration of DLP solutions.

- Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
