Experience Required:
- 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles.
- Proven experience in building and deploying predictive, classification, and clustering models.
- Solid experience working with NLP / text analytics projects.
- Prior experience supporting operations, supply chain, risk, or business analytics functions is preferred.
- Experience handling large and messy datasets, data cleaning, feature engineering, and model performance optimization.
- Exposure to end-to-end model lifecycle, from problem definition to deployment (MLOps experience is a plus).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform statistical analysis and design analytical methodologies for operational problem-solving.
- Build predictive models, regression models, and classification algorithms (SVMs, gradient boosting, ensemble methods, etc.
- Develop clustering and segmentation frameworks.
- Apply NLP and text mining techniques for insight extraction and automation use cases.
- Implement prescriptive analytics to recommend actions and optimize business workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret analytical outcomes, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, perform feature engineering, and refine model accuracy
