Role Overview:

As a Data Scientist, you will serve as a core technical lead within our insurance analytics practice, translating complex business problems into robust predictive models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including actuaries, product managers, and business stakeholders, to derive actionable insights from massive datasets. Your daily contributions will directly influence underwriting accuracy, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency, ensuring that our clients remain competitive in a data-driven insurance market. This role offers the opportunity to shape the analytical roadmap for high-stakes insurance products while working in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Preferred Background

- Strong experience in Insurance Analytics/Data Science projects.

- Ability to derive business insights and build predictive models for enterprise use cases.

- Hands-on experience in analytics, reporting, and visualization.
