Data Scientist - Gen AI:
Role Overview:
As a Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge Gen AI solutions. Your day-to-day will involve designing, building, and deploying Gen AI models, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative AI-powered applications. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of Gen AI across the organization, creating significant value for our customers and enhancing business outcomes. This role is based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Gen AI models and algorithms to address specific business challenges, enhancing product capabilities and user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to integrate Gen AI solutions into existing and new products, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.
- Conduct thorough research and experimentation with state-of-the-art Gen AI techniques to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Evaluate and fine-tune Gen AI models using relevant metrics and feedback loops to optimize performance and accuracy, ensuring high-quality results.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a data-driven culture and promoting the adoption of Gen AI across the organization.
- Contribute to the development of our Gen AI strategy, identifying key areas for investment and growth, and aligning AI initiatives with overall business objectives.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques, enabling the development of sophisticated Gen AI models.
- Proven ability to design, build, and deploy Gen AI solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, ensuring practical application of AI technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to translate complex business requirements into effective AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Gen AI strategy and its application to various business domains, driving innovation and value creation.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in AI principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration in Mumbai.
