Data Scientist - Credit Risk Analytics - BFSI

Business & Credit Risk Analytics:

- Understand BFSI/lending business problems and translate them into data science solutions across credit risk, fraud, KYC, collections, policy and pricing.

Data Science & ML:

- Hands-on experience with Bureau data, Python/R, Spark, Databricks and statistical/ML models such as Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, GBM and Deep Learning.

Stakeholder & Leadership:

- Collaborate with Credit, Policy, Collections, Operations and Product teams; present analytical insights to management and mentor/train data scientists and analysts.

Deployment & Cloud:

- Experience in ML model deployment/MLOps is preferred, along with understanding of AWS or other cloud platforms, and strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.
