We are looking for an experienced Associate Data Scientist to work on advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. The role involves translating business problems into analytical frameworks, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. This position offers exposure to end-to-end data science projects and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful business insights
- Build, validate, and deploy predictive and machine learning models
- Apply statistical techniques to solve business problems and improve decision-making
- Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Develop and optimize algorithms for classification, regression, and forecasting use cases
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Work with data engineering teams to ensure data availability and quality
- Document models, methodologies, and analytical processes
- Strong hands-on experience in Python / R for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and predictive modeling
- Experience with SQL and working with structured/unstructured data
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an added advantage
- 4 to 9 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Experience working on real-world business use cases across domains
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
