About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our growing AI and Analytics team. In this role, you will develop machine learning models, statistical algorithms, and advanced analytics solutions to solve real-world business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, optimize model performance, and build scalable data solutions that drive impactful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, preprocess, and validate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

- Design, develop, and deploy statistical models and Machine Learning algorithms.

- Evaluate and optimize model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand analytical requirements.

- Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines supporting machine learning workflows.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across datasets.

- Document methodologies, experiments, model performance, and best practices.

- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
