About the Role:
We are hiring a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Power BI, ETL workflows, and Python to support business analytics and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building dashboards, transforming data from multiple systems, and developing analytical models and scripts to extract meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various systems.
- Write Python scripts and analytical models to process, cleanse, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to understand analytical needs.
- Prepare documentation, data dictionaries, and maintain version control of analytical assets.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Science / Data Analysis / Business Intelligence.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design.
- Experience in developing ETL pipelines using industry tools or scripting.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation (NumPy, Pandas), automation, and analytics.
- Good understanding of SQL and database querying
