About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist who is passionate about solving complex business problems through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Python, SQL, and statistical modeling, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models to solve business challenges.
- Perform data wrangling, cleaning, and preprocessing for large, structured and unstructured datasets.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate meaningful insights.
- Develop and optimize predictive and prescriptive models for decision-making.
- Work with SQL databases for querying, extraction, and transformation of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, product) to deploy models into production.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, or AI techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Python (libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for database management and querying.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.
