About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology) to identify business challenges and design data-driven solutions.

- Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning and statistical models for customer behavior, personalization, supply chain, and pricing.

- Perform data mining, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.

- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and storytelling.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure scalable and reliable data pipelines for modeling.

- Stay updated with the latest research in ML/AI and proactively bring innovative solutions to business problems.

Skills & Qualifications

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML models for personalization, recommendations, and search.

- Build scalable ML pipelines on Vertex AI (or equivalent cloud ML platforms), ensuring reliable deployment and monitoring.

- Develop GenAI-based Chat and Voice Assistants to power customer service and omni-channel engagement.

- Apply computer vision and deep learning

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Retail Ops to integrate models into production systems with measurable impact.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and experimentation to improve model accuracy and business KPIs.

- Stay at the frontier of LLMs, speech AI, multimodal AI, and MLOps to bring cutting-edge innovation to the org.
