We're hiring a Data Scientist to join a fast-moving team building next-generation AI-powered search and research tools that are reshaping how teams access knowledge and make decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys turning complex datasets into actionable insights, and wants to work at the cutting edge of productivity and intelligence tooling.
What You'll Do
- Design clean, scalable data models and maintain business logic
- Create dashboards and visualizations with modern BI tools
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and R&D teams to surface key insights
- Work across Snowflake, MongoDB, and other structured/unstructured sources
- Translate product and GTM questions into data-driven recommendations
- Support experimentation and A/B testing strategies across teams
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, and Python (pandas, plotly, etc.)
- Experience with BI tools and dashboard creation
- Comfort working with multi-source, messy data
- Great communication skills; youll work cross-functionally across global teams
- Experience with Snowflake, MongoDB, or equivalent
- Bonus: Familiarity with Airflow, startup experience, or a background in experimentation
