Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality.

Must have skills : Computer Vision

Educational Qualification :

- A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Data Science/AI, Mathematics and Statistics from premium institutes - " IITs, IISc, IIIT and ISI

- Overall experience 12-25 years and Relevant experience (post PhD) 5+ years building/training/finetuning, Agentic AI, etc.

- Understand LLM fine tuning techniques such as PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA etc- Develop evaluation frameworks for model safety, bias, and performance.

- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like policy and Responsible AI teams to ensure responsible AI practices, consulting team to provide technical depth in AI, studio team to position our findings for client pitches, business team to arrive at a research roadmap, academia and industry partners for pushing the research boundaries.
