We are looking for passionate individuals who can bring both technical expertise in data and a product mindset to the table.

What You'll Do:

Data Governance:

- Establish and oversee a federated governance model across business domains.

- Define responsibilities for data documentation, quality, security, and ownership.

- Drive a culture of data sharing and informed decision-making.

- Govern and monitor data strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

- Lead Product Life Cycle (PLC) processes related to data products.

Data Platform:

- Develop and execute strategy for data collection, storage, and sharing.

- Represent the team in cross-unit engineering/data community discussions.

- Define and implement standards for data quality, protection, and compliance.

- Drive collaboration across business lines to enable digital transformation.

Data Acquisition & Monetization:

- Identify, enable, and steer new data-driven business opportunities.

This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports) but youll work closely with product managers, data engineers, and analytics experts, influencing across functions.

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in data management, governance, or related fields within complex or international environments.

- Expertise in Data Governance tools (Collibra preferred), Data Catalog, Big Data, Cloud technologies, ML/AI.

- Strong background in data management & product lifecycle.

- Familiarity with SAFe Agile framework.

- Experience with BI/analytics tools (Qlik, PowerBI) is a plus.

- Nice to have: travel industry domain experience.
