
Responsibilities:
- Must has handled minimum 2-3 large accounts of 250+ people / USD mln 15 or 20 annual revenues
- Should have the experience to grow accounts
- Should have experience in SAP space with fair bit of knowledge around applications
- Should have handled SAP service delivery engagements in both staffing and managed services model
- Should be well versed on Agile, Service delivery model and has been part of large transition programs
- Should be able to Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client value.
- Should be able to Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions to existing clients, working closely with sales and account management teams to maximize revenue and profitability.
