
Business Development Manager
Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development (IT Sales) to drive growth, build strategic client relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the technology and software solutions domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and managing end-to-end sales cycles in IT services or product-based companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions (software, web, app, cloud, or digital services).
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (2 to 10years) in IT Sales, Software Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT products/services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
