Hiring: Data Engineering / AI Practice Head | India

A leading global analytics and AI consulting organization is looking for an experienced technology leader to drive its modern Data Engineering and Databricks practice.

We are looking for professionals who bring a strong blend of:

- Data Engineering leadership

- Databricks platform expertise

- Enterprise architecture experience

- Presales & client engagement capability

- Practice building and team scaling exposure

Experience Required:

- 17+ years in Data & Analytics / Engineering

- Strong hands-on and leadership exposure in Databricks ecosystem

- Experience driving enterprise data modernization initiatives

- Expertise in Lakehouse architecture, Data Mesh and cloud-native data platforms

- Proven track record in solutioning, RFPs, customer discussions and delivery leadership

- Exposure to GenAI-led accelerators or modern AI/data platforms is a plus

What the role involves:

- Leading large-scale Data Engineering transformations

- Building and scaling high-performing teams

- Driving customer engagements and strategic initiatives

- Collaborating with global stakeholders across regions

- Developing reusable frameworks, accelerators and best practices

Preferred Background:

- Candidates from consulting, analytics, or large technology services organizations with strong client-facing exposure will be preferred.
