Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead and oversee our marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency, and making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
This leadership role requires close collaboration with sales and other departments to align marketing efforts with overarching business goals.
The Marketing Head will also be responsible for developing and managing the marketing budget, monitoring expenditures, and tracking return on investment (ROI).
Regular reporting on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and events.
- Ensure each campaign aligns with the company's strategic objectives and resonates with the target audience.
Brand Consistency:
- Maintain and enforce consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop guidelines to ensure uniformity in brand representation.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by examining key metrics and analytics.
- Utilize insights to make informed, data-driven decisions aimed at improving future campaign performance and achieving better engagement and conversion rates.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate open communication to synchronize efforts and maximize overall impact.
Budget Management:
- Develop, oversee, and manage the marketing budget.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources, monitor expenditures, and assess the cost-effectiveness of marketing activities.
ROI Monitoring:
- Track and evaluate the return on investment for all marketing initiatives.
- Implement strategies to enhance ROI and ensure the profitability of marketing efforts.
KPI Reporting:
- Establish and monitor key marketing performance indicators.
- Provide regular, comprehensive reports and updates to senior management, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- bachelors or masters degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong emphasis on campaign management across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to analyse complex data, interpret metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess campaign performance.
Leadership Abilities:
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing marketing teams.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and effectively convey ideas to diverse audiences.

- Experience in developing and managing budgets, with a focus on cost efficiency and maximizing ROI.
Collaboration:
