Data Business Analyst - Banking/Credit & Lending

Location : Bengaluru / Pune / Hyderabad

Experience : 4-10 Years

Work Mode : 5 Days Work From Office

We are looking for an experienced Data Business Analyst with strong expertise in Banking, Credit & Lending, SQL, and Risk Transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, data analysis, and documentation within global banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business & data requirements

- Work closely with business, risk, and technology stakeholders

- Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting using SQL

- Support Credit & Lending / Risk transformation initiatives

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT documentation

- Collaborate with data engineering and reporting teams

- Conduct gap analysis and support data quality initiatives

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, testing, and implementation activities

Required Skills :

- Strong Business Analysis experience

- Hands-on SQL & Data Analysis expertise

- Good understanding of Credit & Lending / Banking domain

- Experience in BRD, FRD, UAT & stakeholder management

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and data validation processes

- Global Banking experience is mandatory

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau

- Understanding of Risk & Regulatory Reporting

- Knowledge of Banking/Risk data models

- Python exposure is an added advantage

Qualification : Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field
