Data Analytics Specialist - FinTech Startup

Description: We are retained by a high-growth fintech startup to hire a Data Analytics Specialist. The role will focus on defining the analytics roadmap, managing execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights and scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end analytics projects and deliver actionable insights.

- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

- Build dashboards/reports using Metabase, Tableau, etc.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, ops, finance, and data engineering teams.

- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting standards.

- Mentor and guide a team of analysts.

Requirements:

- 5+ years in data analytics/BI with strong SQL skills.

- Expertise in Metabase;

- Prior experience with BI tools like Looker/Power BI.

- Experience in Fintech space

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience leading or mentoring analysts.

- Knowledge of AWS, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
