Data/Analytics & AI Lead

Role Summary:

The Data, Analytics & AI Lead owns L&T Realty's data platform, analytics, and AI agenda end to end - from the lakehouse foundation through to the insights and intelligent applications the business runs on. The role builds and operates the enterprise data platform on Microsoft Fabric / Azure/others, establishes a trusted single source of truth and executive reporting, and drives high-value analytics and AI use cases. It pairs hands-on technical depth with the strategic judgment to prioritize where data and AI create real business value, while embedding the data governance and privacy controls. The Lead also builds and mentors a small, high-leverage data and AI team.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Platform & Architecture:

- Own and evolve the enterprise data platform / lakehouse on Microsoft Fabric and Azure, including the data architecture (medallion / lakehouse), scalability, performance, and cost management.

- Set platform standards and the data technology roadmap, partnering with the Solution Architect to keep it coherent with the wider technology landscape.

Data Engineering & Integration:

- Build and operate reliable ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines integrating core sources - Salesforce CRM, ERP, project and SAP - into the lakehouse.

- Ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented data flows, with monitoring and reliability built in.

Data Governance, Quality & Privacy:

- Establish data governance, master data management, data quality, cataloging, and lineage so data is trusted and auditable.

- Sensitivity: This Document is Classified as "LNT Internal Use".

- Embed DPDP-aligned data privacy and security controls in partnership with the Security & Compliance Lead.

Business Intelligence & Reporting:

- Deliver self-service BI and executive- and board-grade dashboards (Power BI), establishing a single source of truth for leadership decision-making.

- Standardize KPIs and definitions across the business to end conflicting numbers.
