Data Analyst - Sales Analytics - FMCG

- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Data Analyst Sales Support to join our team and help drive smarter business decisions.

- The Ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and knows how to create a sales dashboard, should have experience of FMCG Industry, expertise in MIS Reporting, Business Analytics, can achieve exceptional work metrics by developing and implementing data-driven solutions that decrease operating costs and time .

What You'll Do:

- Analyse sales and market data to provide actionable insights to the sales team.

- Preparing Daily Sales Dashboard using Advance Excel functions.

- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor performance.

- Prepare Promotional Schemes and Incentive Plan to boost the Sales.

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities for growth.

- Identify Product Wise Sales trends and prepare Production plans accordingly.

- Support sales planning, forecasting, and territory management through data-driven recommendations.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems.

- Preparing Field Force wise Stockiest Outstanding report and their collection incentive sheets.

- Growth-D Growth Reports.

- Sales Performer data on the basis of market Parameters Like ECO, Line-sold ETC.

What We're Looking For - FMCG Industry Experience.

- 4-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in sales or business support.

- Strong skills in Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
