Data Analyst - MIS Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights that support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Pet Pooja software and experience in handling MIS functions in the QSR/Coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports through Pet Pooja software.

- Monitor sales, billing, and operational data across outlets to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Analyze data trends to provide insights for improving store performance and business decision-making.

- Coordinate with operations and finance teams for reconciliations, stock reports, and variance analysis.

- Ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and documentation for management reviews.

- Identify process improvement opportunities through effective reporting and automation.

What We're Looking For:

- 2-5 years of experience in MIS roles, preferably in QSR, Coffee, or Retail industry.

- Strong expertise in Pet Pooja software (mandatory).

- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level - formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
