Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree with relevant equivalent experience is required.
- Advanced university degree is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in creating and maintaining master databases for operational metrics by extracting data from multiple sources.
- Strong experience in data modeling, data extraction, transformation, and building Power BI dashboards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Ability to import data into Power BI and create meaningful high-level and drill-down reports.
- Experience in OLAP cube management, including adding/editing dimensions, with a good understanding of ROLAP and MOLAP.
- Strong ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop reporting and analytics solutions using SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Analyze and troubleshoot existing DTS packages and ETL processes to identify data inconsistencies and gaps.
- Design new and enhance existing ETL/DTS processes to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Develop reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Oracle BI Publisher.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks under strict timelines.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Act as a proactive problem solver, investigating issues and identifying root causes.
- Review data trends to identify process improvements.
- Quickly triage and analyze issues to determine corrective actions.
- Effectively prioritize work, multitask, and meet deadlines.
