Location: Gurgaon, India

Work Mode: 5 days work from office (Monday - Friday)

Shift Time: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own and execute analytics workstreams within projects, working closely with internal teams and clients.

- Understand business requirements, collect and analyse data, and translate findings into actionable business solutions.

- Perform quantitative analysis on large-scale customer and transaction-level datasets using SAS, SQL, Python, and other analytical tools.

- Identify trends, relationships, and patterns across complex and diverse datasets to generate meaningful business insights.

- Structure complex analytical problems and provide direction to team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.

- Work closely with project managers and senior stakeholders on day-to-day project execution and client interactions.

- Develop analytical approaches, recommendations, and implementation plans based on data-driven insights.

- Prepare presentations and communicate analytical findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

- Contribute across the complete project lifecycle, from problem definition and planning through analysis, delivery, and implementation.

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of analytical outputs and support junior team members wherever required.

Skillset/Requirement:

- B.Tech/M. Tech/MBA/Masters from Premier Academic Institutes, with excellent academic records (IITs, NITs, DTU, NSUT, IIMs, MDI, ISB, SIBM, DSE etc)

- Total professional experience of 2 - 4 years in Credit Cards, Banking, or Unsecured Lending related data analytics.

- Should have exposure to work on analytical tools such as SAS/ SQL/ Python etc.

- Should be able to handle complex analytical tasks and come up with implementable business solutions

- Excellent PowerPoint skills

- Fast learner, should thrive in mathematical and scientific complexities

- Proven track record of communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Should be able to take ownership, should have analytical bent of mind and should be interested in travelling and exploring the world.
