Data Analyst As a Data Analyst, you will be a part of the Group Strategy organization that is building new ventures and driving the transformation of the existing Gopala business. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: Must have : Recent 2-3 years have been invested in : Data Collection, Aggregation & Cleaning - Collate all business data from disparate sources and software applications and aggregate data at one source of truth. - Clean, de-dupe and consolidate data in a consumable format (in excel, csv, etc.) for business needs of the strategy organization. - Troubleshoot, debug and identify all potential issues with raw data and data collection and representation methodology - Build an understanding of all sources and systems in the organization through which data is being collected at present. Data Query, Reporting - Query the datasets to derive relevant information - Trends for core KPIs, slice and dice the data to get answers and trends to important questions - Publish multiple reports on a daily, weekly, monthly frequency. - Serve as the single point of contact for all data / analytics related activities. Good to have : You have low/no exposure and would love to do : Data Visualization - Use visualization tools and MS Excel to render and represent trends and distributions via graphs, pie charts, etc. on a daily basis Data Audit & Benchmarking - Provide recommendations for processes and systems associated with collection, query and visualization of data. - Instrumentation & Experiments - Work with other functions to understand experiment, A/B test objectives. - Quickly identify appropriate instrumentation needed to implement and to monitor progress on experiments. - Build funnels for the customer journey on existing online ordering properties. Work with 3rd parties to get necessary data for funnels and conversions
