Data Analyst - eCommerce

About the Role:

Were looking for a sharp and curious Data Analyst whos excited to dig into data, uncover insights, and help shape the decisions behind Indias fastest-growing jewelry platform. Youll work across teams to track business performance, understand customer behavior, and create dashboards that make data accessible to everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze data across product, marketing, operations, and finance functions

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business KPIs

- Use Mixpanel (or similar analytics tools) to understand customer journeys, funnels, and product flows

- Identify actionable insights to improve customer experience and engagement

- Partner with stakeholders to measure business performance, including revenue, margins, and cost metrics

- Support product teams in evaluating feature performance and suggesting improvements

- Write efficient SQL queries and ensure data accuracy for reporting

Qualifications:

- 25 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in e-commerce or consumer tech

- Strong expertise in SQL

- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics

- Good understanding of customer lifecycle, retention, and conversion metrics

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

- Background in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

- Exposure to Python/R for advanced analytics
