Data Analyst - Banking

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid - 3 days office)

Experience: 3+ years (Banking domain preferred)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Education: Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges only

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Banking Analytics and SQL. This role involves working with large-scale banking datasets, uncovering actionable insights, and partnering with key stakeholders to drive data-led decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract, clean, and analyze large banking datasets using SQL.

- Deliver actionable insights on portfolio performance, risk, and customer analytics.

- Support business teams with deep-dives, ad-hoc analysis, and data-driven recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working environment.

Must-Have Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in data analytics (banking domain preferred).

- Strong SQL (complex queries, optimization, joins).

- Proficiency in Excel and at least one analytics tool (Python / R / SAS).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
