We are seeking a Data Analyst for a fast-growing startup to join our client's Business Finance team someone passionate about digging into data, connecting insights, and translating numbers into actionable business impact. Looking for someone who can think independently, spot opportunities, and add value proactively by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Business and BizFin teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the finance teams to drive data-based decisions through insightful dashboards and analyses.
- Identify key trends and opportunities by translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports and data systems.
- Execute ad-hoc analyses with precision, speed, and strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in data or business analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio).
- Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages for automation and data handling.
- Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to simplify complex data insights.
