
Description:
- Track key metrics including leads, conversions, enrollments, deposits, campaigns, and counselor performance
- Automate reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Generate actionable insights to support sales strategy, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis
- Conduct variance analysis between forecasts and actual performance
CRM & Data Integrity:
- Partner with IT/CRM teams to improve data capture, tagging, and reporting structures
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis, deep dives, and performance reviews
Forecasting & Planning:
- Provide insights into productivity, lead-to-enrollment ratios, and channel-wise performance
Key Skills & Competencies:
- BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio (preferred)
- SQL or data extraction skills (preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Understanding of B2C or EdTech sales funnels is an advantage
Qualifications & Experience:
- 25 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Business Reporting
- Experience in EdTech, BFSI, or consumer sales environments preferred
Performance Indicators:
- Adoption of data-driven insights by leadership
- Process automation and efficiency improvements
- Reduction in CRM discrepancies and reporting delays
