Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and business teams

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business questions and reporting needs

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reports

- Perform data validation and reconciliation

- Support business reviews, forecasts, and planning activities

- Convert complex data into simple, easy-to-understand insights

- Maintain documentation for metrics, reports, and dashboards

- Assist in improving data quality and reporting processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

- 4+ years of experience in a data analysis or business analytics role

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)

- Experience with BI / reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)

- Good understanding of business metrics and KPIs

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
