Data Analyst

Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Domo. You will partner closely with business and technical teams to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Domo.

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data models and insights.

- Perform data analysis, validation, and cleaning to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines and integrations.

- Interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and create automated reporting solutions.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA and related regulations).

- Document processes, dashboards, and best practices for scalability and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

- Proven hands-on expertise with Domo (datasets, ETL, Beast Modes, Magic ETL, dataflows).

- Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.

- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting best practices.

- Experience working with healthcare data (EHR, claims, patient data, etc.) preferred.

- Exposure to other BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

- Experience with Python/R for data analysis and automation.

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

- Previous experience in a health-tech or SaaS environment
