Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with business teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making.

This position does not require advanced programming skills but does require strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and business reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Create regular reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI/Tableau

- Support teams with ad hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations

- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver accurate solutions

- Clean, validate, and organize data from various sources

- Present findings in a clear and actionable format to non-technical stakeholders

- Monitor key metrics and flag anomalies or changes in performance

- Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting standards

Requirements:

- Bachelors /master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field

- 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)

- Good understanding of business KPIs and reporting practices

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
