About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will focus on building intuitive dashboards, conducting ad hoc analyses, and bridging business usage analytics with system performance monitoring.

Your work will ensure stakeholders have a reliable, single source of truth to guide strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit).

- Design clear, well-structured visualizations with consistent labeling and color schemes.

- Extract meaningful insights from data, identifying trends, anomalies, and performance issues.

- Conduct time-series analysis, including forecasting and evaluation using metrics like MAE, RMSE, and MAPE.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on usage and system performance metrics.

- Clean, validate, and structure data for analysis while documenting assumptions and processing steps.

- Perform quick analyses using Excel/Google Sheets for rapid reporting.

- Segment data by relevant categories to enable comparisons and deeper drill-downs.

- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders across multiple locations.

Key Requirements:

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

- Strong dashboard design skills with a focus on clarity and usability.

- Experience with time-series analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics.

- Ability to clean, validate, and structure raw data for analysis.

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for quick reporting.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and explain key insights.

- Excellent communication skills to present data-driven recommendations effectively.

- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
