- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Analyst Data Analytics to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data strategy, advanced analytics platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and visualization tools such as Power BI.

- This role requires both deep technical expertise and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to drive data-informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions.

- Identify key performance indicators and build analytics frameworks to track them effectively.

- Design and develop data pipelines and models using Snowflake and Databricks.

- Ensure efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes.

- Optimize performance and manage data governance, security, and quality across platforms.

- Create impactful, intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Develop self-service reporting solutions for business users.

- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.

- Proactively engage stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive value.

- Present findings and data stories to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Guide junior analysts or data team members on best practices in analytics delivery.

- Drive a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and analytical excellence.

- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Snowflake (data warehousing, schema design, performance tuning)

- Databricks (Spark-based data processing, notebooks, Delta Lake)

- Power BI (DAX, data modeling, custom visualizations)

- Strong SQL and Python skills for data transformation and analysis.

- Proven experience in leading analytics projects from concept to delivery.

- Excellent problem-solving, data storytelling, and communication skills.

- Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders across levels.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

- Exposure to data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.

- Certification in Snowflake, Databricks, or Power BI is a plus.
