What Youll Be Doing.

- Drive growth by promoting Danfoss HPP products and delivering tailored, value-driven proposals.

- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with End Users, EPCs, Consultants, OEMs, and Channel Partners through meaningful engagement.

- Explore opportunities with curiosity by developing, qualifying, and closing sales while managing the pipeline with high standards.

- Share insights and expertise through product presentations, technical advisory, and market intelligence to support customer success.

- Contribute to business growth by up-selling, cross-selling, and actively participating in sales meetings, demand planning, and industry events.

What We're Looking For.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, with a passion for continuous learning.

- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the water treatment industry, with exposure to High Pressure Pumps and Energy Recovery Devices as a plus.

- Strong value-selling skills, relationship-building abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools to explore customer needs and deliver innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a matrix organization.

- Willingness to travel up to 40% across India and occasionally abroad, embracing opportunities to learn from diverse markets.
