We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCE) team and lead the way in developing cutting-edge solutions to support our business.
- Potential projects may include supporting the evolution of customer experience and portal, development of next-generation digital tools and championing change management opportunities across digitization efforts.
What You'll Be Doing:
- The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion.
- This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Independently identify project goals, objectives, and scope for medium-sized projects.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Ensure all project initiatives are strategically aligned to overarching organizational goals and objectives.
- Guide business units into the digital journey as a trusted advisor.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks with mitigation plans.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management.
- Project Management certification ( PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is desired.
