Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our HR Shared Services Hub. This role will support operations across the APAC region, leading a team and driving continuous improvement to deliver a world-class employee experience. Key Responsibilities As the HR Shared Services Lead, you will manage a team of 8-10 members across multiple APAC locations. Your responsibilities include: Overseeing operations in: - Talent Acquisition - Learning & Development - Employee Support Services - Managing employee queries and ensuring high-quality service delivery - Driving continuous process improvement and innovation - Developing and maintaining process documentation (SOPs, FAQs, process maps) - Ensuring adherence to KPIs and year-on-year service improvements - Focusing on employee experience-quality over quantity - Providing data-driven insights and recommendations - Ensuring compliance with data governance and quality standards - Acting as a steward for HR data integrity across systems - Building strong stakeholder relationships - Leading and executing projects and improvement initiatives Key Requirements - Degree in human resource management, Business, or a related field - Minimum 12 years of experience in HR Shared Services across multiple APAC countries (Mandatory) - 3-5 years of team management experience (minimum 6 direct/indirect reports) - Proven experience in process improvement and project execution - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
