The Impact You'll Make:

- As our Deputy Manager Sales, youll play a key role in stepping into the Frontline Sales role for Danfoss Drives in the North (Upper) region means becoming a catalyst for industrial transformation.

This position is not just about selling Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)it's about shaping the future of energy-efficient operations across critical sectors like Food, HVAC, Water & Wastewater, Sugar, Textile, Cranes, and Hoists.

What Youll Be Doing:

- Owning Danfoss Drives business for Upper North Region (OEMs, System Integrators, Contractors, Partners) and managing Partners across segments like HVAC/R; F & B; Textile; Pulp & Paper, Sugar, Crane ,Lifts, etc.

- Take ownership of the business in all aspects Sales Revenue, Profitable growth, Accounts receivables, etc. and support profitable growth of Partners in the region.

- Work closely with Partners and enable them to improve business processes and increase productivity.

What We're Looking For:

- Engineering Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in engineering sales.

- Knowledge in HVAC/R; F & B; Paper; Textile; & General Industry Markets & Products preferred Drives; Machinery OEMs; Motors, Servos; Pumps, Switch gears, etc.

- Prior experience with Channel sales is highly preferred.

- Self-motivated to drive growth through initiatives, communication skills & teamwork spirit.
