Position: Senior Presales Manager (Immediate Joiners)

Location: Faridabad/ Noida/ Hybrid

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:


- Drive strategic Presales planning across global markets in alignment with business objectives and go-to-market strategies.

- Lead large, complex multi-service proposal development to support high-value pursuits, ensuring value articulation and business differentiation.

- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to develop solution blueprints, commercial models, and go-to-market assets.

Customer Engagement:

- Lead and participate in strategic client discussions, steering executive-level presentations and negotiations.

- Translate client pain points into tailored solutions leveraging internal capabilities and industry trends.

- Champion customer-centric thinking in all solutioning efforts.

Asset & Process Optimization:

- Develop and maintain a library of reusable assets, proposal templates, solution documents, and estimation models to improve turnaround time and scalability.

- Identify and implement process improvements across opportunity qualification, bid management, and knowledge sharing mechanisms.

Team Leadership & Capability Building:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing presales team with strong focus on winning mindset and a collaborative culture.

- Track, analyze, and optimize key presales metrics like conversion ratios, lead quality, proposal TAT, and win rates.

- Drive initiatives around capacity and capability building, including onboarding, training, certifications, and knowledge sessions.

Governance & Communication:

- Ensure timely reporting, stakeholder alignment, and risk communication for ongoing pursuits.

- Engage with leadership on status updates, performance metrics, and enablement strategies.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of progressive experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Business Development Support, in software services and enterprise solutions.

- Strong expertise in handling RFPs/RFIs, strategic bids, proposal creation, and solution engineering across domains (CRM, ERP, HCM, AMS/ADM, etc.

- Deep understanding of enterprise technologies and solution frameworks

- Proven leadership in driving complex, multi-stakeholder deals with end-to-end ownership.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.

- Exposure to international markets and cross-cultural teams will be an added advantage
