Damco - Senior Internal Audit Consultant - Risk & Controls

- Seeking senior RCSA/control testing professionals who can provide greater value-add beyond test execution, including challenging and validating control design assumptions.

- Strong expertise in control design assessment is mandatory, including Test of Design, evaluation of design robustness, identification of key control parameters, and assessment of control adequacy against underlying risks.

- Experience in Operational Effectiveness testing is preferred, including validation of control execution, UAT evidence review, screenshots, supporting documentation, and testing artifacts.

- Candidates with prior experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls programs will be preferred.

- Professional certifications such as CA and/or FRM are advantageous.

- Preferred candidate profile includes professionals from consulting firms and large financial institutions (e.g., Deloitte, Wells Fargo, other leading banks) with demonstrated experience in enterprise risk and control frameworks.

- They are looking for more seasoned members with deeper control-testing expertise and stronger advisory capabilities.

We need 4 people and this is urgent:

- RCSA experience + Banking and Financial Services industry experience + Immediate need.

- NCR highly preferred but ok for other locations

Role & Responsibilities:

- Execute RCSA control testing activities in line with the client (It is a BFSI client) methodologies and timelines

- Document testing results, observations, exceptions and identified control gaps

- Maintain testing work papers, trackers and supporting documentation for governance and audit

- Coordinate with stakeholders and process owners to support testing execution and status reporting.

Roles Required:

- 2 Senior resources: 4-5 years experience in control testing (execution + lead responsibilities)

- 2 Junior resources: ~3 years experience in control testing (execution-focused)
